Will be driving from Texas to Minnesota next week. Should be around Kansas City around lunch, where is a good BBQ place I can stop.

Well, since you are going to be on I-35, I presume you will probably want to not stray far from your route. And you are in luck. Oklahoma Joes BBQ is pretty good and right off the highway on 119th st. exit in Olathe. It is pretty darn good.  Then hit Toot Toots country buffet in Bethany, MO. for dinner. Drive slow and let the barbecue settle.  its roughly about 1.5 hours north out of KC |
