It was fun for awhile, then I got tired of typing the same things over and over again. There was a bumper sticker at Costco this weekend that made me think of it: "Confuse a Liberal: Use Facts and Logic." That whole thread was a reminder that folks tend to use facts and logic to rationalize against things they don't agree with, and raw emotion on everything else ('That fact is inconvenient, so you must be a 'statist shill'). As for Baucus, I have no idea what was going on there. He sure looks drunk to me in that video. |
