I read in another post that you're looking for a cheap truck. Are you looking for an inexpensive truck you're going to keep for a few years or are you looking for a cheap truck to get you from point A to point B? I've got a 91 Nissan, 4 cyl, AT, 194K miles, bad paint, cracked windshield (not bad), needs a center link and tie-rod ends. I'd take $500 for it. We're moving to Atlanta next week and really don't need/want to bring the truck with us. If I don't sell it, I'll donate it and write it off on my taxes.

Thanks for keeping me in mind, Stasher. I hate to see that you're leaving. For the truck, however, I am really needing a bigger one for some certain applications. If when you are leaving you get desperate and still need an out for it, I have $250 in a spare savings account that I would gladly give you.  (or you could donate it to the "poor college student and his wife" fund for that write off  )I bid you safe travels and wish you well, but I know the GA crew will take care of you

I appreciate the offer, but if I don't sell it to someone that I know needs a truck, I'll just donate it. I figure it's worth about a grand come tax time.

| I'm still here. I got your IM this morning, but I was running behind and didn't get a chance to answer it. I've been running around trying to tie up loose ends so we can get moved next week. I sold the truck to one of the guys I work (worked?) with. He drove it home a couple hours ago. |
