Got the el-cheapo bending jig done....worked pretty good, the flat cocked on me half way down and I ended up having to do a little creative massaging on one side.  Good learning experience if anything.  Will work fine for a build, havnt done the top rails yet. Might try a tapco with the pre bent and use jacking screws to pull it through insted of a BFH.

2-3 hours in a good shop with band saws and air tools....Gonna have to "work late" next week and get some rivet tools fabbed up.
