Furthermore nypd can ask for anything they want, however there is no need for the reporter to comply, a street sweeper has more authority in DC than these guys, unless bloomy got the deputy US Marshal status. |
| Beyond the jurisdiction issue we can't even ask for photo ID to vote so no way I would be showing mine to anyone. I would have told that guy arrest me if you have probable cause and the authority or leave me alone. It is not a crime to call a politician a hypocrite. |
