I'm thinking about going to see Hank 3 there at the end of October.  Back when I was in college there over 20 years ago it was mostly like a punk rock dance bar.  What's it like now?  Me and the gf  might want to bring our 18 yo dau and her bf.  Do you have to be 21 to get in, even with parents?

You might want to call them. I haven't been to the Blue Note in about 3 years but I believe the age is 18 and you get a wrist band IIRCC.

Arm band for under 21.

Upstairs has tables on the balcony, they were first come first serve last time I was there. No smoking in the bar, but being a Hank 3 concert people may be "lighting up".

Not so much dance club, pretty much all live music.

Armbands were for 21 and up last I recall minors got X's on their hands.  Ive seen people younger than 18 there before for various shows.

Was 18 and up some shows may be 21 and up.

I would call them.

I just asked my son, who works there, and he said that it is an all ages show.
