Has anyone here dealt with this company? If so what was your experience? Edwin |
| Its hit and miss with whats in stock/who took your order/and how much they give a shit. Ive had excellent customer service/fast shipping, and Ive had them totally fucl the next order up, backorder one or two items and hold the whole order, then hen it did finally ship, bill my CC twice. If yer gonna buy from them, use a CC and if the entire order isnt shipped within 2 business days call them to ask where yer stuff is. My last order they actually emailed me to let me know half my order was out of stock and wouldnt be available for a couple weeks, 15 mins later they called me to make sure I got the message. Light years ahead of their past customer service. HTH |
| I've placed three or four orders from them, always from the website. I haven't always received my stuff quickly (2 weeks for one order) but I have always received the stuff I have ordered. But I think it is like playing Russian Roulette. I've only got 2 more chambers in the revolver to go.... |
| I'm a slow learner. I placed a few orders with them and had problems on every one. They do have good prices, but it is not worth the hassle. I got really pissed off when they lied to me, specifically telling me that my order had shipped when it had not. They do not reply to email and the do not stock all the items they list. I'm told that if the item you want is in stock, you should be okay. I'm done with them. |
