He got his Idaho refund a week or two ago; now an additional "refund" has shown up. Over $400 in his case. Has anyone else encountered this?

He should be overjoyed but if it's an error on the part of the state, they can demand the money be returned.

87% of the time, any question starting with "Why..." is answered with "Money."
