| Have there been any build parties in SC/NC? More specifically, has anyone around Columbia put one together. I've got an AK kit I'm looking to put together. I've got most of the tools (flat jig, barrel press, rivet squeezer, etc, but no press), but I also know my luck and that some oversight would go a long way. |

there were a group of people who were trying to get one togeather last year but nothing ever really happened. Its a pity because it would be a great thing, and i would certainly love to go- but i'm not some sort of experienced builder, so my guidance wouldn't mean much. Not sure if any of the guys on the board that are big builders are actually from the area. |
