I have done searches and read pc12276 and am getting ready to build my second AR15. I have a 20" with a U-15 stock. However, I would like to build an AR15 with either a 16 or 18" barrel and a collapsible stock. The way I read the section I can have the "evil" features as long as my magazine (10 rounder) is either fixed or needs a tool to remove it. By evil features I mean pistol grip, flash hider, telescoping stock and maybe a forward pistol grip. I know that the rilfe in any event can be no less that 30" in length. Is there anything I have missed? thanks

As long as the rifle is not listed specifically on the banned list and you have a fixed magazine (holding 10 rounds or less), you can have all the evil features you want.

That is what I understood to be the case. I will be getting an OLL for the build
