I don't think the state or city has much say outside of the contract. Tried using the bus when I lived in Tempe. Just not at all reliable. |

Oh, I've got a car... and my Avatar, and a Motorcycle... and everyone else on 'my' bus does, too, or at least has the resources for it. I just ride my Bicycle a couple times a week for fun and exercise. But it's nice to be able to pick up the 2-stop Express bus home, and not ride 24 miles in this afternoon heat. I may suck it up next week, but... |
