I have a question regarding carrying a loaded handgun in a car when the owner has a CCW permit. This is in the Lehigh Valley area, not Philly. Is it legal for a person who has a CCW permit to keep a loaded handgun in their car, either in the glove box or under the seat or whatever to keep for protection. Or, must the gun be kept on his person, concealed? I know there is some kind of law regarding this, just can't remember what it is. |
