Does Missouri still honor a Utah CCW permit?

I believe MO has reciprocity with ALL states issuing a CCW.

So, here's a question for all......

Utah's CCW regs say that you must tell a LEO that you are packing when on contact

If you have a non-resident Utah permit, do you have to respect all of their rules while in different states? Because in that case you'd have to tell the Missouri LEO; whereas with a MO permit, it's only "if asked".

What do you think?

Classic "choice of laws" question. Answer- follow MO guidelines when in MO, Utah guidelines when in Utah in all respects.

Just like how MO recognizes your Utah driver's license but you have to follow our speed limits.

I always inform any police officers I have contact with that I am armed. It is better than being shot by a surprised officer.
