Can I carry in a state park?

It depends.

If you have a CHL and the park doesn't have a 30.06 sign, then you're clear, otherwise, no.

I don't believe state parks can post 30.06 signs. Those signs are for private property posting to communicate (in writing) that handguns are not permitted per the Criminal Trespass laws. I'm pretty sure it's always legal to carry with a CHL in a state park.

One area of the State park is a Hunting Santuary, Bird sanctuary, Firearms are prohibited? this mean my CHL too?

We were at Lynn Park for the fireworks on the 4th and it had a generic "no firearms" sign.  I think it's a city park also, so I just blew the sign off - there were a ton of drunk wackjobs by the time we got there.  I would not have wanted to leave "my little friend" at home.

ETA:  Sorry for the semi thread hijack.

CHLs are okay in state parks.  Go to the DPS website, there is lots of info on CHLs.

+1 I noticed it last time I was at Ravin Lake, Federal parks you can't, they're under U.N. control now
