I sent in all the info that was needed for a renew about 10 days ago or so, cards and pics and the rest.  Today I got a package in the mail from them.  It contained the white cover letter if you fill the info out online and then all those other pages you need like the fingerprint card and such.  It has nothing about what I sent in to them.  Its basicly the same packet I received the first time.  Does the right hand not know what the left hand is doing or did they screw up my application.  Should I call them?  I didn't request another packet.
