Actually it's anything 10,000 gross or over, pickups with cattle trailers have 26,000GVW and must stop at scales when open.

Am I the only one here that thinks he is referancing 'Contactors Labor Pool"  CLP  

I am a retired union craftsman and my experience w/ those clowns is you could put 10 of them in a bag - shake it up and hope to get one decent tradesman to fall out.

Kinda my view on union craftsman  Its a decent place to work, and they did me well for over 3 years.

I have drove most of them, they all make money. But driving a Mack is like riding an ugly chick. They sure are fun but you don't want to let your friends catch ya.

But on a serious note.... most of the new trucks coming off the line look more like cars. I like the 379 extended hood Petes and KW W900s. I did drive Mack's @ Corliss and they are noisy POS's.
