User does not accept site Instant messages. WTH? Anyways... www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=3&f=118&t=363890 Some people talking smack, you might wanna check it out. |

People bitching about the increasing price of the trashcan ars. And some employee allegedly told someone's brotherinlaws's cousin's sister's babydaddy that the company strategy was to keep upping the price until election time feeding on the fear of another ban. Or some nonsense like that. |
|
I can understand the price increase, even independent from material price increases, simply because the "trashcan AR's" are no long trash canned, they are a much better fit an finish than the first few batches I saw at the shows in the past. I'd say (without being able to check out the thread) that is just some cheapskates moaning and complaining. POlytech |

well i would like to know were else there going GET A NEW AR FOR 635 bucks. i saw them sat and there new AR's i am sorry but i bought guns with worse handling marks at other shops. and didnt get a discount. people need to be happy there even offered such a good deal. i dont know how John and Jeff dont kill somebody. Ronald |
Ahh, just the usual internet BS. |
You can barely build one for that price. I know why they've gone up in price. From what I've seen, they're using a lot more new stuff versus the early guns that were built from some used componants. New = more expensive. Duh. ![]() |
Sorry, I know what you meant, but this did sound so ghey Eric. ---------------

Thursday works! A dozen Boneless Mango/Habanero BONELESS! |
Thursday is fine with me as long as they still serve beer that night. HA! Now I'm free to craft the Master Meatloaf tomorrow evening. (Too much watching Bobby Flay's Throwdown on the telly.) |
I love that shit. So? So what if they decide to increase prices by 250%? Either you will pay that or you won't. So many people get caught up believing they have some right to have prices they like. |
It is real simple. You may state your opinion if you have a valid complaint or grievance. If you post just to whine, you will need some cheese but the rest of us like beer and wings. |
NO it went some what diff than that. All you read was the bull and then thought it would be need if you got the forum knocked off. look I support CMMG but the fact of the matter is I have herd the same thing told to me by one of thier emp. . So are you going to now block this one to and make a move to get me removed for here. And if so this will be nothing short of sensorship. So befor you go off on some one you might get the facts. |
|
And you might want to get SpellCheck. Opinions vary. No matter how hard one tries, or how good one's products and customer service may be, there will always be that one person who just can't be pleased no matter what and they often tend to shout from the mountain tops about it. C'est la vie! Move on with life. Enjoy some good BBQ wings and better beer with your friends. You'll live longer. |
|
I don't think it was a matter of someone bing unhappy with thier guns. it was a bout a statement that was made I think most of us are happy with thier guns form CMMG . But to come here and start bashing for thier thoughts is a bad thing .like the like the spellcheck thing nice |
Settle down, It's just the internet. I made no such moves to get anyone removed. All I did was try to IM cmmg to let them know there was some ill being said of them. When that failed I posted here. By the time I even got back to this thread the bashing thread had been deleted. At the very least I wanted them to come in and address the hearsay going on. In regards to your email, I will not call you. I don't call everyone who gets butthurt over something I say on the internet. If I did my long distance bill would be 2 miles long. If you have anything to say to me regarding this matter, you can do it here. |
I made a few changes so I could read that. Now, even if you did hear that from a CMMG employee, I'll ask as I did above, so what? You've told us all about it and now what? CMMG may charge what they like for their product. They can speculate on future political events and try to capitalize on it. They might decide to charge more because it's taking more of their time to fill all the panic orders. If they decide to charge too much people will stop buying. If people are still buying and they are making money then they aren't charging too much. I simply don't understand this kind of complaint. Is that really your beef with them? |
If you've got a few minutes, I'll tell ya the list of folks and/or companies with whom I have a beef. ![]() Gas companies, utility companies, cell phone bill, What the HELL is a Federal Universal Service Charge?, subprime mortgage lenders and borrowers, gals who won't put out after an expensive meal, KFC for not offering their pot pies year 'round, McDonalds for not getting with the program and offering their breakfast menu all day long (hey, Sonic got the hint!), toilet paper rolls on the roller upside down, bitches who drive completely inattentively in their bigass SUVs and cut me off every day, dried-on boogers, waking up to find out you've been sleeping on your arm and it's asleep - here come the pins & needles, when your sock bunches up under your foot in the middle of the day, running out of beer, being too poor to afford all the things I want, when I'm using a Sharpie marker at work and accidently (or is that negligently) "Sharpie" myself -DOH!, ............................ Shall I go on? |
And gas prices get higher as summer approaches. Or is it winter? Or a tropical storm? And milk prices go higher because the cows are using more gas. And we never really landed on the moon. Ohnoz, the conspiracies are everywhere!
