Does the Indiana handgun permit work as the requirement for purchasing rifles from CMP? The form says concealed permit but Indiana is both.

it covers one of the requirements. You also have to be a member in a CMP affiliated group, like the Garand Collectors Association.

And if you drive over, make sure you have your birth certificate.
