JFC. What the fuck does that even mean? ETA It's utter bullshit that NJ courts have ruled that police departments can disregard the 30 day time limit to conduct background checks. But this case was about the fees and the red tape in general, no? |

But this case was about the fees and the red tape in general, no? I could understand the corruption of NJ courts but this Benton case was dismissed by a federal judge! It will most likely be appealed and sent to the black hole in the 3rd circuit.
