Abolish the FBI, ATF, and the NSA.
Any citizen accused of a crime is presumed innocent until bankrupted beyond all reasonable doubt.

Question related to the law that is the target of this lawsuit. Someone moving into the state that already possesses semi-automatic firearms and standard capacity magazines; does that person have to get "trained" and be permitted by the sheriff to own the semi-autos he already owns? And standard capacity magazines; are they illegal for a person to move into the state if he already owns them? We would seriously look at moving to CO, probably around in the San Juan's, but right now it's a non-starter because of the current gun laws. |

Question, why would you want to move here? This state is one of the most liberal states in the union, and its only getting worse. The issues are FAR deeper than bad gun laws. Beautiful scenery only goes so far. Those of us that are here are trying to figure out the best way to leave. |

Now I'm already "checked" out, just waiting for retirement in roughly 5-10 years and then I am OUT. Denver and Boulder are completely out of control, and the courts are reluctant to put the brakes on them. |

Because we love the scenery and being able to get away from the city. We live in a town of 20k but we love it around Ouray. Not Telluride, though. They are definitely not our people. The only reason we're not moving now or someday is because of the political environment. We don't hear about it here other than on ARFCOM so I don't know anything about other than what I read here. It sounds like it's probably not going to happen. |

Found an income-tax-free state to retire and settled for Nevada, tolerable political climate and AZ is only 30 minutes away. Wife and I decided to pull up the stakes from CO and got out. I got an instant 5.5% pay raise just for moving while still connected to my own company in Denver. |

This law requires permits to buy, not to own. Just like everything else they do here, like the tax, the mag ban, etc - they know they can't enforce what people already legally own, though they do try, their efforts focus on destroying the sales market. |
