Yeah, they just responded to my 3rd email attempt to ask them about a missing KAC M5 RAS panel and the set screw that's supposed to come with it. Not going to buy anything from him in the future. Wish this thread existed prior to my purchase.

Good luck ever getting a hold of anyone at that company.
