I own some property in Pendleton County and am looking to put up a small cabin or maybe a barndominium in 2024. I live too far away to actively manage the project, so I need a GC. Can anyone recommend a builder? Thanks. |

Good luck. I've been trying to get someone to build a garage for me for 3 years. Everyone I've contacted has ended up ghosting me. I can refer a couple of well drillers and a reliable electrician if needed. That's about it. |

I am thinking about getting one of these if I can't find a contractor: Lancaster Park Cabin There is an old jacked-up single wide on the property I need to have demoed, and I would need a drain field. I already have a well, but it needs a submersible pump and pressure tank. I have a pitcher pump on it now. |
