It means keep your nose clean and your mouth shut. But I don't think CT can do C&R on handguns anymore though anyways. Here is the last of an E-mail exchange I had with the Weapons Unit. Det D Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions. I totally get exactly what you are saying. I am aware of the language in the new laws that excepts C&R holders. However, my question actually pre-dates the new law. There has always been confusion on CT law, C&Rs, and handguns. Basically, it is not clear is C&R holders can buy handguns without the regular state checks, If you are saying I can buy and receive C&R handguns through my C&R license, just like a C&R long arm, than I am good to go! Can you direct me to the section of the law that says this, so I can prove it to all my doubting fellow license holders? Just make sure the weapon is C&R eligible and that you timely enter it into you’re A&D book. Det. No one should know you're doing C&R transactions except the seller and buyer, and the ATF if they decide to audit you. I don't think you have anything to worry about. |
Since some like the CZ82 hold 12 rounds, no 10 rounders ever made
