How many people here live on or near the Cape area. I'm just curious to see how many actual "gun guys" there are in the area. It seems that there is a very small amount of Mass people on this website compared to any other state.
Im 24 years old, live in Dennis and shoot at the Barnstable Range. Anybody else? |

I'm not near the Cape, and you are right that there are very few from MA here. The vast majority here are from CT for some reason. Most of those from MA hang out on www.northeastshooters.com . . . there are individual state sub-forums there for each of the Northeast states, but the most active folks tend to be from MA or NH there. I joined the AR15 eList well before there was any forums (back in 1998). When the MA gun laws changed I was determined to buy an AR before they were totally banned and join a suitable club to shoot it. I did both. At some point there was a "split" and the AR15 eList continues (to this day) separately while ARfcom was created as a forum. I'm still on both, but participate here more than on the eList at this point . . . and I'm not very active here either. |
