So as some of you may know I successfully argued against the signs my employer had posted saying no weapons allowed. For the past week I have worn my XD40 to work. I've been carrying pretty much 24/7 since I got my permit anyway. So far the only person that even knows I have been carrying at work is my boss because I specifically asked her if we were going to have a no weapons policy for employees. Her reply was "No, go ahead! You got your permit already? That's great, still waiting on mine." I like it here 
Oh yeah is it normal to feel naked when you realize you walked out the door without your weapon? |

Haven't left home without it yet. Not even to take the garbage out.
I wish my arguing would've gotten somewhere with my employer. I don't have the balls to go straight to HR and 'mark' myself as a gun nut in a very liberal company. I need a job and outside the weapons policy, they have been very good to me. But then...concealed is concealed right?

I'd argue with my employer, but everywhere I've gone to work lately is posted. I work mostly on municipal vehicles - DPW, Fire, PD. All of the places have been posted. So no point in arguing when everywhere I go is the same way.
On another note, PDQ has taken down their signs. Apparently enough of us got their attention and they changed policy. Good show gentlemen!!!

I work with schools and am not LEO so CC would get me in a whole lot of trouble. Stays in the car, parked at work.
