| I was in the Carson Armory in Moundhouse the other day and noticed that they are selling DPMS striped Lowers for $109 if anyone is interested. I bought a couple and they went together real nice. They had a few left. |
I plan on building one as my beat-up/spare parts gun. You are right about fit and finish being nice...I am not sure why people always down-talk DPMS.

I rate DPMS as good as anyone else out there. I find that their barrels are excellent, outstanding accuracy. People get their panties in a bunch if it isn't Colt or Rock River or whatever. DPMS makes more AR parts than most. I use their High rider uppers in all my Varmint rifles and have zero complaints. I'm not going into combat with my Squirrel rifle, I'm looking for extreme accuracy and DPMS parts have provided it. I find their stuff hard to beat for the buck. Let the flame wars begin!!! |
