Went to mine last night. The RINO's didn't do very good. McInnis only got 10% of the vote and Norton lost in a landslide to Buck. Amnesty & illegal immigration was the #1 issue. I thought the record debt would lead, but I was wrong. |

Buck has no chance, or money for that matter. |
| I was wondering about something since I left mine last night. It was my first caucus, so I didn't understand a lot of what was going on. Maybe someone here knows and could give a good answer. What was the point of doing the governor and Senator tally when there is still a primary vote for those candidates in August? |

Buck was greatly out spent, yet is leading, however slight, in the caucus results. Buck can win, but we need to get off our laurels and donate and campaign for him. |

In our precinct, Dan Maes won the straw poll for Gov, and Ken Buck for Senate.
These are 2 guys that NEED to win. The straw poll is so the party sees which way the wind is blowing, leadership doesn't want to get blindsided. They also should serve as a good measure for the candidates on how / where they need to concentrate their efforts. So, those of us that care have seen where we stand, now is the time to start working. Tell your co-workers, friends and family why these 2 deserve to represent / lead CO. We have LOTS of time to make a difference. Better yet contact those campaigns and volunteer. |

Hi cmeyer.... I think we were in the same group last night. There was a Meyer in our group.
It was my first experience with this process. I think our group was more "Center Right" than maybe alot of the other groups. But it also looked like those present, were not snowed by the media, and was looking for what is best for the country, and not who was "electable.' This years elections should be interesting. |

That would be an absolute disaster on the national stage despite anyone's opinion of the guy, I'm not commenting on the caucus outcomes specifically, i'm just sayin... |
