Depends on where you live. If your in Albemarle county, take it to Sheriff Robb, he'll sign relatively quickly. His office is downtown on East Main street next to BB&T. I also heard he's not running for re-election, so do it quickly. If your in the city, I'm not sure where you should go, or if the sheriff will sign. Try Sheriff Robb anyway  So...what'd you buy
