Last I heard the Watonga cheese factory was still shut down, never reopened after they got hit by that tornado.

It actually did reopen, but in Perryton, TX, where the family was from.........

Kinda sucks the whey right out of the "Watonga Cheese and Wine Festival", I wonder how long before they have to rename it for okra or squash or bigfeets.

I worked someplace "whey" back in the 90's that made their own cottage cheese, don't miss it.
