| Anyone have any experience with the approval process for class 3 here in Bentonville? I'd like to start jumping through the hoops for a SBR and suppressor and am just curious if you have had any issues getting the LE sign offs. |

CLARIFICATION i should have said 2011 waiting on our ATF friends, still thats too long In that case I feel your pain. with 2010, you only had me slightly beat on the AAC waiting game. I ordered a TiRant 9 and 45 after the shoot show where they debuted them... Between production delays and normal stamp times I got the 45 can around 12 months later. The ATF lost my forms for the 9, so I had another 5 months after that to wait.
ALWAYS call and check your status at around 90 days if not sooner. |
