Hows that for a confusing title?
I think my sellers are working behind the scenes to delay my closing. My options here are severely limited. If you see me in the news soon, that's why.
Anyone else been in these shoes? |

I'm buying an apartment.
Seller is on the co-op board. Management company has been dragging serious a$$ in getting my application processed and setting up board interviews - so far 3 weeks of straight incompetence delaying my approval. All of a sudden we find out what I feel is the real reason: seller now says he needs more time to close than the contract allows for. Of course, I can't pressure seller to close until I have board approval. Can't prove anything, but me and my lawyer smell carp. |
