I have a job opportunity in Kingsport or Johnson city which is 1hr exactly from where I live in Morristown to the downtown of both cities.

How is hwy 26 from the 81 going in either direction during morning and evening rush hour? Is it a parking lot like Knoxville?

I'm thinking Kingsport would be the lesser of the traffic hassle.

As so many idiots use I26 between I81,The Grey Exit, Bristol exit and multiple Johnson city exits, it can easily become a parking lot due to idiots

Im the opposite, I drive 42 miles on 2 lane back roads, still takes about an hour to go from Suburbs of Mnt city to Piney Flats

When you come to explore Our parts, let me know, it's a nice drive to go from Food City in Elizabethan to Food City in Damascus 95% dirt roads, then turn and take Dirt roads over the mountains to Shady Valley then it's 2 lane black top to get back to Elizabethan.
