I'll bet the primary duty is Kydex, heat and cutting/sanding the holsters.
I've been to the shop, great bunch of guys. Cool stuff to work with. I'm sure they actually remember me, I got a custom holster for my wifes Taurus 85, and when I picked it up we tried out my new toy in the shop and the artists never even heard it. :-) Man I wish they were closer, I'd pick up this gig in a heart beat.
