so the legislative session is over this week, the dems did well as usual, they banned Glocks, balloons, cell phones anything they dont like, they hampered law enforcement by going after Federal Officers, little do they know there a thing called the supremacy clause, ritter and stafstrom operate like a tag team leaving the Republicans shaking their heads ...once again the dems think they have more power than the Federal Gov...dont forget about the law suits witch will continue...

forgot to add voting for all including illegal aliens that can get away with it using their drivers license. The voting system is rigged in their favor until if and when courts slap them down and that includes all the hardware firearms cases presently in front of the SCOTUS.....

It's a newer store on the way to the food bank and look, someone bought a scooter. The cart with the chain is from Price Right. I wonder if it still has the quarter in it. |

They ruled that the plaintiff was not eligible to be attorney general under the statute because she had no litigation experience; performing duties as secretary of the state did not constitute ten years active practice at the bar of this state; and, as secretary of the state, she was executing duties of the office and not representing clients. The majority also ruled the statutory qualifications constitutional because they are impliedly exempt from the constitutional qualifications for state office.
