| I am wanting to build an sbr legally and I am wanting to go about putting it in a trust instead of doing all the other paperwork (also looking at putting a can on it). That being said I was told that there was a guy in tulsa that created trust for $50, was courious if anyone new this person or what was the cheapest route to take in creating a trust. |

Not trying to influence you one way or the other, but a trust does not save you any "paperwork". The ATF Form 1 to build an SBR is the same for an individual as it is for a trust except you don't need the Photo attached or CLEO signature. Trusts don't require the fingerprint cards, but you do have to send in a copy of your trust paperwork and schedule A. I am sure that Steve at Cold Hand Armory or Bryon at Maj Malfunction could assist you, but neither are in Tulsa. |
