Yep, that was me. I can't believe I am just now discovering the wonderful world of electronic ear protection. The pair ‘00bullitt’ let me borrow for the class was just awesome. I'm looking forward to trying out the pair I bought from you.
AK God?!!! Whoa, that sounds important! .....I like it! ![]() |

I found myself deeply regretting not bringing the "albino polish" with me. I was sunburned as hell that evening! For those of you who missed it Eric is an excellent instructor and the stuff we did was mostly the raw essentials of fighting. When you finally realize that you can run doubles and triples fast and accurately out to 20 yards!

Howdy tough guys, I managed to get a few pictures and a couple short video clips towards the end. Bad news is my camera to computer cable is MIA for now. I should have em up by the end of the week. I did get a pic of a perforated zombie target. they were fun to shoot at. I might get a few and then color them in for realism. Red eyes would look cool. I got no sunburn. Long sleeve shirt is standard sun gear :) I did get a ton a mud on my boots, car, pants, and now in the bathtub. Mrs gunsnmoses is not so peachy about that bit. |
Class info as posted by VSP aka USSA-1: I will be offering a ½ day carbine training course at the Creekside firing range on Sunday, March 16, 2008. The course will run from 1300-1700 hrs. It will require around 400 rounds of ammunition. The focus of the course will be on Close Quarter Dynamic Fighting Skills. A pistol is not required, but if you may bring one if you want to work on pistol transition skills. This is not an introductory course. This is a fighting course. Be prepared for some movement and some rigorous activity. Cost will be $40 dollars to cover the range rental fee and some other incidentals. I will collect the fees the morning of the course 16 students max. I’m very excited to finally have a suitable range for some local training. There is also another course in the works. The US Shooting Academy and Joe H. are working to bring a 2 day Tactical Rifle course to Creekside. Tentative dates are May 24th & 25th. Please let me know if you are interested in this course, I am trying to gauge the interest from our “local” shooters. You can check out the course at www.usshootingacademy.com under the Tactical Rifle 230 course offering. If you wish to see my background and qualifications, you can review my resume under the Instructors dropdown. I'm that last one on the list. I look forward to our time together next month.
