Lets say your carrying and you are about to cross into Illinois or any other state that doesn't honor Iowa permits, in order to be legal you have to unload and case your sidearm. Do you then have to unload the magazines or can you put the magazine loaded in a locked glove compartment or somewhere seperate from the sidearm? FORD |
