I am wanting my CAV Arms to be checked for feeding problems etc.. I want this rifle to be very reliable. It won’t consistently stay open on last round, some trouble feeding. I have cleaned and shot about 600 rounds and still have issues. Is there a good AR Mechanic in DFW area? I know that NO Star Guns is not open and looks like they may never open. Thanks, B |

From the Cav Arms build I'm doing. The bolt catch seems to be a bit on the tight side. You can take a thin emory board and widen the slot the catch goes through, the area where the pin is. I think Shawn or Russel had mentioned to me at the 3-gun match that the catch does have a bit of drag and might need to be fitted. mm |
