Just thought you guys might be interested. GET READY FOR A BIG WEEKEND – Two huge events are scheduled for Decatur this weekend. The annual Antique Auto Club Swap Meet regularly draws up to 25,000 persons for a three-day show that begins Friday and the first Gun and Knife Expo is set for the Decatur Civic Center. Promoters of the event are expecting a crowd of 5,000 to 10,000 persons for the show and a series of programs. If you like cars and stuff the swap meet is a blast. They have all sort of vehicles and parts for sale. This is the first gunshow for Decatur but I heard they will have between sixty and eighty tables. I don't know how good it will be. If anyone comes up give me a call and maybe we can get together look around and eat a bite. |

I e-mailed the Civic Center yesterday and they gave me the number of the person setting it up. I tried calling today but didn't get an answer. I'll try again tommorow and post what I find out. Anyone interested in calling themselves the name and number is. Durwood Holloway 940-627-9090. I'm not sure if I'll be around Sunday after lunch. I may be going to meet a woman about some rats. |
Something like that. We're going by a womans house in Weatherford to deliver some mice. Then we may meet a woman from Abilene at the halfway point to pick up some dumbo rats. |
