In Citrus Co.  Yard is brown and road is a dust bowl if a golf cart goes down it.  If someone lights a fart, I'm afraid the whole county will go up in a blaze.

The less it rains, the less I have to mow my lawn.  That said, I hope we get some rain to knock down these wildfires.  Seeing a helicopter with a Bambi bucket fighting a wildfire in the middle of Clermont last week was wild...

I can't say I disagree with the grass cutting part of it.  However, I'd rather have a hose to live in than a cinder.

I live in some weird voodoo cursed or geographic anomaly area that dissipates rain clouds. It always says its going to rain. Its supposed to have rained like 4 times today if you watched the forecast today alone, but the clouds just dissolve as they approach.

It's rumbling and growling in central Brevard, but no rain yet.. but it's coming.

I got my yard mowed before the damn ditch floods and gets too soggy.

ETA: IT'S HERE! Raining like a cow pissin' on a flat rock!

Finally got some rain in lower Citrus Co.  Maybe 1/4" or so.  Could use some more but at least the fire risk is in check for a while.

Well we got it, I am hearing Sarasota is flooded and the police are using some sort of armored vehicle as a taxi to get people out and Longboat key is now an island, no way in or out except boat maybe.

Still waiting in the eastern part of Citrus... I'm kind of pissed I called off my dive plans this week to hit Eagle's Nest in Weeki Wachee just to see blue skies every f'kin day!

We've got severe flooding in the Ft.Lauderdale area.
It's been raining continuously for 3 days.
Parts of I-95 in Broward county have been closed due to high water.
Monsoon season is finally here.

20 inches of rain in 24 hours

Yeah, there is a growing system right there.  Up in the North we are DRY! And I doesn't look like any rain on the way.  Maybe some later next week, but only about a 50/50 shot.
