I wish I had your governor (I think it was the governor)
Just saw a 6-min video segment of an interview with him on foxnews.com He was wearing a LaRue Tshirt. |

That's our gov. alright. There are some pics of Rick Perry shooting at the LaRue range floating around somewhere. A gun store down the road from me has a pic of him, up on the wall, buying a rifle from the store. All just political performance art. If he was really that pro 2nd he'd levied enough pressure on the legislature to get Campus Carry passed, possibly even open carry. The Hair does like guns for himself he frequents a gun shop in Austin a lot but he's not overly dedicated to the cause. |

Slick Hair Perry - All is not what it seems
...but these days, if your a "good conservative", you do as your told and don't question authority. Just pull the lever for our guy, shaddup and move along. |

Was that performance art as well? |

You'll never find the perfect candidate. Your absolutely right, and I gladly voted for him over that cauliflower head from Houston. Still doesn't mean we can't inform the voters that Perry is more show than go. Heck, I personally like the guy, signed a Benchmade knife of mine and likes to drink Coors beer, doesn't mean he's a steadfast defender of the 2nd Amendment. If that was the case we'd have Jerry Patterson as Governor. |

In case someone has trouble finding it. |

Govenator Rick Perry?
Ummmmmm............................He is a professional politician. That, have no doubt! When his lips are moving.................he is lying! That is all! And the North American Corridor is alive and well along with the many other lies! My 2 cents! But, all that said he is more appealing than Jerry Brown!
Ok, I feel better. |

Until then he's been the best viable alternative we've had the past several elections. And although he hasn't always gone out of his way to fight for pro-gun legislation, when it has hit his desk he's always done the right thing. That's better than one could say for the last Democrat that held his seat or the governors of a lot of other states. |

He's a politician, I have and will continue to talk smack about any of them including the Guvnah. I just loathe his lack of leadership on gun rights. If he would have pushed Campus carry and others openly maybe our gutless Congresscritters might have gathered enough spine to actually pass it instead of laying over and peeing on their bellies when the Democrats barked!
