Yep, the energy bill of 2005 changed it to try and save money. First studys are out saying that it ended up costing more by screwing with moving it up.......We'll see what happens.

But it's so worth it in the Fall....and between now and then.

I've heard nothing but complaining and grumbling about it all week...I like the extra sunlight. I'm asleep or in class in the morning anyways, so moving that sunlight to the afternoon is great.
