A guy I shoot with is thinking about buying this

http://www.guntrader.co.uk/GunsForSale/120107181645002

He's asked me for my opinion on it, but I've never heard of the manufacturer before. He primarily wants it for foxing out to 300 yards.

Is it worth buying for the money offered. Any other opinions of it?

Cheers

Dan

It'll be made out of the cheapest parts available and a bit rough - but that said, it's a cheap enough package as it's including the scope (rubbish) & mod (great)...

The safety/selector is in 'auto' position - if only

ETA I don't know if this means it has non-standard fire control group, or just non-standard forging/casting of the lower

A mate of mine has one and he's not had any problems with it.

For that sort of money your mate would be daft not to buy it.

I know the seller, Steve. You could test it before purchase, as the advert says. Great bloke with a shop worth visiting, although he's more geared towards classic hunting rifles. I think I've actually seen this rifle myself and it wasn't bad.
