i was wondering how people come up with their log in name. the names mean different things to different people anyone want to decode your name?

example: 1988RRC = 1988 range rover classic

I collect rare books. Actually, I'm liquidating many items. Interested in a first edition copy of Grapes of Wrath, Notre Dame de Paris or maybe something by Alfred Lord Tennyson?

I'm still a big reader, but I lost a little interest in the collecting.

I'm an automotive machinist from GA.
Best I could do at the time,and it's too much trouble to change it (I really am too lazy to think of anything else).

Well, back when I first came to GA I tried to sign up for AOhelL and every screen name I could think of was taken, so I decided to try the company I worked for and part of my emp. number, and it worked. I've just kept the name just for the ease of not trying to come up with anything else.

My last name is Shaw and I used to work for my dad's construction company that built log homes. I was always the one that had to cut and notch the logs with a chainsaw, so the other guys on the job starting calling me chainshaw.

While in the ARMY my Platoon went by the nickname MotorDawgs. We was matainance. When we went to the field we mounted our M60's and M2's we transformed into the WarDawgs. Thats what Our Top ( 1st SGT )called us ., I also go by the name Chris Martin.

I am very active in alot of high performance boating forums. I have a 2000 Bullet Boat. I changed it up a bit to incorporate my last name. I started using this back in 99 and use it anytime it is accepted on any board.

Mine comes from the fact I am an archer, too (archer2). I currently have about 12 different types of bows in addition to about 15 long guns. When I run out of bullets, I'll start slinging pointy sticks at em! Just found this board after I picked up an Egyptian MAADI and wanted more info.......Jim

well we do this about once a year on the general forums
J=first initial
m=second initial
0=last initial
same on all of the boards, couple of them i had to add 2 digits=57 year i was born
