Who exactly do i write to? Which state senators, and represenatives will be voting for this? When are they voting on it?
Also when is this supposed to become law? I was going to be getting my first rifle with my tax returns next month. I made a point to claim 0 on my tax form at work for just this reason. I am going to be pissed to say the least if i cant get it. Why is the State of Delaware doing this? Wouldnt taking away the 2nd amendment be something that the federal government would try and do. Not little old Delaware? |

Looks good in DC that the prodigal son gets sweeping new gun legislation in the "home" state of the guy pushing for it in DC. The mag restriction makes no sense. Can't be within 20 feet of the gun in a public place? But gun ranges would be redefined as not public place? How the hell do you get them there if the road you drive on with the gun and mag IS public space? WTF. |
