Just buy one from MSTN, Rainier, etc (LMT dealers on ar15.com) and find a ffl that will do the transfer for you. Usually FFLs want about 20$ to do it. Find one that agrees and have them fax their ffl to whoever sold it to you. You also get to avoid state sales tax.

My buddy just purchased that one, unless they have already got another one in.  The tolerances and fit are GREAT on it (especially the stock, man it locks up tight) but it definately wasn't one of their prettier lowers.  Kinda suprised me, but it doesn't really matter since we're just gonna knock it around anyway.  Also, it wasn't a Defender I believe, and it had the standard 6-pos stock and not the Crane/SOPMOD.
