Dude, I'm game for a dry side shoot. That trip to LCR is kinda a long one, its worth it and all but damn its a long drive.

Where did you have in mind? I know theres a few guys in Ellensburg and I know of one guy in wenettche. I think I have seen a few guys over in the Yakima area as well but the selah range is ALWAYS full.

Good question, I live about a hour north of Wenatchee up the Methow towards (on the way to Winthrop) lots of National Forest land here  I'm game to areas.  I hear you on the drive I have always wanted to go but hell its a hour to Seattle for me alone.  Lets throw out some suggestions.

Kinda hard to think of a central area for every one. Not to mention since we live in the free part of the state we can shoot off our porches, kinda hard to convince people to take a 1hr+ drive to go shooting.

Hopefully some other dry siders will chime in here pretty quick.

ETA: I am in/around Cle Elum

In spokane.

I was thinking the same idea in the past few days.  Not sure on a location though.

This would take a lot of set up, hopefully including someone that has been to the wet side shoot.

Anyone?

I would love to do something like this... but my life is a bit crazy at time with a micro orchard and 4 kids
Shooting for me tends to go like "well I've got an hour and a half or two to go shoot here I go"
If you guys plan it and if buy some chance it works for me it would be very fun.
I know there are several guys here centrally around Wenatchee.

FYI the end of the month there is a shoot at a local range. look at the calander for the 29th and the 30th http://www.ncwgunclub.com/NCWGC/Calendar.html

I would be in for a dryside shoot, as long as it was within an hour or so of Yakima, Spokane or Clarkston.  Good excuse to visit the family.

I'm game, someone pic a place. I live in Spokane, but willing to drive a little. BTW there is a machine gun shoot in Fernan(CDA) on May 10th. It is a public day at Fernan Rod and Gun club. Axel Raven Co will have the class 3 goodies out for all to shoot. They have a kick but rifle range and I think 4 other pistol/short range spots. The cost is $10 plus ammo for the machine gun of your choice. They have as belt fed SAW, P90, F2000, Mini Uzi, a few MP5s, MP5SD, Sig 556, M16 and such. There will also be a 50 cal Barret for rent. Come on over and shoot it up. This will be my 3rd one and they always rock. I'm sure there will be some Tannerite to blow up also. Someone pic a "dry side" spot so we can meet up.
