Just got our latest Time Warner bill- now at $174 for digital tv, RR and unlimited land line phone. So I'm looking at a similar package by Frontier which is about $140 ( regular not current promo price).
TW customer service has been A1 and we seldom had any cable tv problem but the cost has gone up a lot since we first got it. Sure I'd like to save the $30+ monthly but not if their internet is slower or there's problems with dish reception. So the question to those who have or had Frontier is it worth it to change over? Yes? No? |
| I did when my wife and I split. Our bill had been running over $200 a month. I only miss watching some sporting events. I have dvds and video tapes for my kids. Of course, I moved up on top of a mountain where it isn't available. Might get satellite at some point, but in no rush. |

| no shit. we're in the process of dumping everything we can. called them and asked them what they could do on price since we've been a customer for almost 10 years and we're paying almost double the new customer 3/$33 rate.. they guessed they could do $5 off for 3 months. screw em. |
