Good times! While we were a little short on people, we still had a great time.
I didn't bring anything cool because I am poor and haven't bought anything in over a year. Dusten brought out a 300 whisper, which was quite fun to shoot. Lex brought out his son, and it was fun watching them do .22lr mag dumps out of a spikes .22 AR, and a ruger pistol. Dale had a very interesting bullpup shotgun that we all took turns with. Colby was out there with another combloc wonder rifle, and he and a friend were sighting it in over on the 100 yard range. Unfortunately the pistol steel area was down for maintenance today, I would have liked to waste copious amounts of ammo there. Instead I punch a little paper, and some of us ended up at McCall's for some bbq. I actually shot some of my very own real live .223 ammo for a change, and mag dumped a couple AK mags. The stress relief was fantastic. We caught up a bit on what each other had been doing lately, and it was so good to be able to see my friends again after a bit of a hiatus. |

Great to see everyone again and catch up, and I found the right Bojangles.
Lots of targets on the berm and very few of them survived. After the all the rifle and 44 fun, we went to the pistol range and showed those targets whose the boss. On to McCalls for BBQ Buffet, no room for dessert, but Saturn made us proud. good times guys, now I have some gun cleaning to do |
