Sorry if I sound like a geek, but are there any bars around the metro ATL area having the political equivalent of a Superbowl (can I type that without paying royalties?) party on Tuesday. Personally, I think it would be a good idea. So, any ideas? I'm around Spaghetti Junction if anyone can save me some cab fare after teh party.

I'm going to be asking my critters to de-fund NPR and NEA as extravagant expenses in these hard economic times.

I read somewhere one of the many tea party offshoots is going to be at US Play on Barrett, $10 entry. I have nothing to do with them. Research for yourselves.

The Libertarian Party Election Night Festivities are held at The Georgian Terrace Hotel downtown tonight from 7-12 for all those interested. There is no charge to attend, and there will be a cash bar. All of Georgia's Libertarian candidates will be present.

Yeah, I was just looking for a smokey bar with lots of tv's. Although, I do have class first thing tomorrow and early turnout has been exceptional thus far. Guess I'll head to the liquor store. Meh....

Roy Barnes is set up at the Georgia Tech Hotel. I just walked by all the news trucks parked outside. Hopefully he has nothing to cheer about tonight.
